Make an impact:
- Processing and understanding international customer inquiries
- Clarification and handling of commercial and technical issues with customers (KUKA subsidiaries)
- Preparation of quotations, order processing, and invoicing for spare parts and repairs
- Identification of spare parts using parts lists, circuit diagrams, and images
- Close cooperation with related departments, including Purchasing, Logistics, Customs, Export Control, Shipping, and other service departments
- Determination of repair prices and verification of material availability
- Consistent follow-up on orders, on-time delivery, and invoicing
- Handling of export processes and procurement of documents
- Monitoring and managing the return of repair parts
- Support in process optimizations and adjustments
- Preparation of regular business situation reports
What you need to succeed:
- Completed commercial training or business administration degree with additional technical qualification
- Professional experience in order processing
- Participation in on-call duty (Readiness Service)
- Confident handling of SAP and MS Office
- Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
- Fluent English language skill
