Make an impact:

  • Processing and understanding international customer inquiries
  • Clarification and handling of commercial and technical issues with customers (KUKA subsidiaries)
  • Preparation of quotations, order processing, and invoicing for spare parts and repairs
  • Identification of spare parts using parts lists, circuit diagrams, and images
  • Close cooperation with related departments, including Purchasing, Logistics, Customs, Export Control, Shipping, and other service departments
  • Determination of repair prices and verification of material availability
  • Consistent follow-up on orders, on-time delivery, and invoicing
  • Handling of export processes and procurement of documents
  • Monitoring and managing the return of repair parts
  • Support in process optimizations and adjustments
  • Preparation of regular business situation reports

What you need to succeed:

  • Completed commercial training or business administration degree with additional technical qualification
  • Professional experience in order processing
  • Participation in on-call duty (Readiness Service)
  • Confident handling of SAP and MS Office
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage
  • Fluent English language skill
  • Customer orientation and intercultural competence
