Make an impact in Performance Analysis and Management Reporting.
Perform analysis of monthly results with focus on recurring revenue KPIs (ARR/MRR), new business, expansion, and churn, including deviation analysis and ad-hoc reporting. Analyze key business drivers such as customer growth, retention, and usage patterns, identify financial risks and opportunities, and propose mitigating actions.
Financial Planning involves preparing and aligning strategic planning, budget, and forecast based on driver-based SaaS models, including financial modeling and analysis of key value drivers (e.g. ARR growth, churn, pricing). Develop and maintain rolling forecasts for recurring revenue streams and customer cohorts. Support target setting and KPI tracking (e.g. ARR, growth, retention) in alignment with Financial Business Partners. Planning and analysis of future-oriented Sales efficiency & performance, capacity and strategy, conversion rates, marketing and program efficiency.
Collaboration with Business and other Financial Experts is essential. Responsible for commercial controlling of Digital Business with focus on subscription revenue development, pricing, customer economics (LTV, CAC), and receivables/cash conversion. Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Digital teams to support go-to-market strategies, pricing decisions, and business scaling initiatives. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making in a fast-growing digital environment.
Projects include improving and standardizing processes, KPIs, and reporting frameworks for Digital/SaaS business models, including integration of new data sources (e.g. CRM, product analytics). Support strategic initiatives such as business model transformation, digital product scaling, and new revenue streams. Contribute to the development of scalable financial models and tools for Digital Business across regions.
What you need to succeed:
- Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field; master’s or certification preferred. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Behavioral Competencies: Ability to collaborate with internal clients and stakeholders. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to standardize global processes. High integrity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Skills: Advanced knowledge of financial software (SAP is an advantage). Advanced proficiency in MS Office. Understanding of commercial and financial risks. Knowledge of international IFRS. Confident English language skills.
- Others: Willingness to travel.
