Make an impact

  • Process purchase requisitions and execute orders, including series-related procurement activities.
  • Manage delivery schedules with suppliers and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Track and administer order confirmations, maintaining close and continuous communication with suppliers.
  • Clarify delivery issues in cooperation with material planning and suppliers.
  • Handle operational complaints related to quantity and delivery date deviations, including recharging processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support optimal stock management.
  • Request and manage required supplier documentation (e.g. long-term supplier declarations, certificates of origin).

What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a degree specialized in Logistics.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Fluent business-level German or English language skills.
  • Strong SAP knowledge and analytical skills.
