Make an impact
- Process purchase requisitions and execute orders, including series-related procurement activities.
- Manage delivery schedules with suppliers and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Track and administer order confirmations, maintaining close and continuous communication with suppliers.
- Clarify delivery issues in cooperation with material planning and suppliers.
- Handle operational complaints related to quantity and delivery date deviations, including recharging processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and support optimal stock management.
- Request and manage required supplier documentation (e.g. long-term supplier declarations, certificates of origin).
What you need to succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a degree specialized in Logistics.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Fluent business-level German or English language skills.
- Strong SAP knowledge and analytical skills.
