Make an impact:

  • Coordinating order fulfillment with the supply chain and sending the final order confirmation to the customer/subsidiary
  • Change management and tracking order status
  • Coordinating delivery with the customer and shipping department, taking payment security into account and creating the necessary documents
  • Creating final invoices, including down payment and customs invoices
  • Interface function, order- or project-related coordination between customer/sales and production/logistics, as well as finance and taxes
  • Direct customer communication, possibly including occasional customer visits
  • Handling material orders between production plants
  • Calculating production selling prices
  • Technical, commercial and tax responsibility within the scope of order fulfillment
  • Creating sales orders in SAP, including release for production and procurement

What you need to succeed:

  • University Degree
  • Technical skills, understanding product structure and combinatoric (product, configuration)
  • Commercial, tax and customs knowledge
  • SCM process know-how
  • Fluent Hungarian and English language skills (German is a plus)
