Responsibilities
- Assist with processing supplier invoices, reconciling supplier accounts and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely payment of their invoices.
- Assist with the preparation of sales invoices to customers and the daily reconciliation of the company's bank accounts, plus chasing overdue customer debts.
- Support the Head of Finance in the preparation of management accounts and reports thereafter, which will be circulated to internal management to assist their decision making.
- Help to generate and pay suppliers, plus updating cashflows to reflect customer and supplier entries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on all finance related matters.
Application Requirements

- The successful candidate will be currently pursuing a degree in finance, accounting, economics, business or related field.
- A basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas preferred).
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
