Responsibilities

  • Assist with processing supplier invoices, reconciling supplier accounts and liaising with suppliers to ensure timely payment of their invoices.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales invoices to customers and the daily reconciliation of the company's bank accounts, plus chasing overdue customer debts.
  • Support the Head of Finance in the preparation of management accounts and reports thereafter, which will be circulated to internal management to assist their decision making.
  • Help to generate and pay suppliers, plus updating cashflows to reflect customer and supplier entries.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on all finance related matters.

  • A basic understanding of financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas preferred).
