In this role, you will design and shape end-to-end Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions, translating business needs into scalable, high-quality system designs. Acting as a key connector between operations, business, and IT, you will ensure the successful delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of WMS solutions across a global landscape. How you create impactDesign and deliver end-to-end WMS solutions by translating complex business and operational requirements into scalable system architectures. Lead and facilitate workshops with stakeholders to align on requirements, validate solutions, and drive successful outcomes. Ensure solution quality by supporting testing phases, validating outputs, and managing defects throughout the lifecycle. Drive successful system implementations, including deployment readiness, go-live support, and post-implementation optimisation. Identify opportunities for innovation, standardisation, and continuous improvement across global WMS solutions. What we would like you to bringStrong hands-on experience with WMS solutions (ideally Blue Yonder) within contract logistics or 3PL environments. Expertise in analysing business processes and translating them into functional designs, process flows, and system configurations. Solid understanding of warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, and inventory processes. Proven ability to lead workshops, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage stakeholder expectations.
