Overview
In this role, you will design and steer end-to-end WMS architectures to be scalable, secure, and high-performing. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, driving integration and operational excellence across a global logistics landscape. You work with cross-functional teams to enable seamless data flow and continuous improvement, contributing to large-scale WMS transformations. Responsibilities
- Design and deliver robust technical architecture blueprints ensuring scalability, security, and long-term system integrity
- Lead integration strategies across WMS and enterprise platforms (ERP, TMS, automation) for seamless data flow and performance
- Drive solution quality through governance, testing frameworks, and resolution of technical defects and system issues
- Support successful system implementations, including deployment, hypercare, and continuous optimisation
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system performance, scalability, and architecture standards
Key requirements
- Strong hands-on experience with WMS systems (ideally Blue Yonder) in contract logistics or 3PL
- Expertise in system architecture, integrations, data models, and technical solution design
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations and end-to-end supply chain processes
- Experience with testing frameworks, performance optimisation, and technical problem-solving
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
