In this role you design, build and optimise integration solutions that connect warehouse and enterprise systems, enabling seamless data exchange across global logistics operations. You will work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced IT environment to deliver scalable, reliable integrations that support 24/7 operations. You guide project and operations teams as an integrations expert, contribute to testing and releases, and continuously improve data flows and standards. Responsibilities
- Design and implement integration solutions ensuring smooth data flows between WMS and other enterprise systems
- Act as subject-matter expert for system integrations, guiding project and operational teams
- Deliver high-quality solutions through testing, defect resolution, and alignment with requirements
- Support system deployments, including release management, cutover planning, and hypercare
- Drive continuous improvement by monitoring performance, optimising integrations and standards
Key requirements
- Strong experience in system integrations, data mapping, and interface development in logistics or IT environments
- Solid understanding of integration frameworks, data flows, and enterprise system connectivity (WMS, ERP)
- Proven ability to design, build, and maintain robust, scalable integration solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills with testing, defect resolution, and performance optimisation
