Overview
In this role you lead end-to-end bid management for global and strategic opportunities within International Supply Chain, crafting compelling proposals and value propositions. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across regions to ensure compliant, high-quality submissions and drive bid excellence. You’ll push for knowledge sharing, lessons learned, and the adoption of AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and win rates. This is a pivotal, globally-facing role that shapes how we win complex logistics business.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and customer proposals for global/strategic ISC opportunities
- Develop customer-focused proposals, executive summaries, and value propositions
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Pricing, Country organisations, and Global ISC teams
- Drive continuous improvement: maintain bid libraries, capture lessons learned, analyze outcomes, implement best practices
- Champion adoption of AI, automation, and digital tools to enhance bid development, knowledge management, and processes
- Support commercial growth initiatives by contributing to win strategies
Key requirements
- Experience managing or supporting RFIs/RFQs/RFPs/tenders in logistics or related industries
- Proven ability to develop high-quality customer-facing proposals and commercial submissions
- Strong project management, planning, and organisational skills with multiple deadlines
- Excellent written communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills (senior leadership, cross-functional)
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams); experience with AI/digital tools is highly desirable
