Responsibilities
- Serve as main internal contact for key account inquiries and daily communication
- Manage, obtain, and monitor transport bookings with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate cross-border transport execution with internal departments and branches
- Track shipments and proactively communicate updates and manage exceptions
- Maintain accurate account profiles, SOPs, and handling instructions
- Prepare regular and ad hoc performance reports for stakeholders
- Support tenders, customer reviews, and new business requirements implementation
- Source competitive rates from suppliers and ensure correct data entry into internal systems
