Overview
In this role you transform operational, commercial and financial data into insights to support smarter decisions within the Road Logistics team. You will develop reporting dashboards and collaborate with finance, operations and master data teams. You will drive data quality, improve reporting, and empower stakeholders through training. You will work with Tableau and Excel to turn data into actionable business value and support continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards that combine operational and financial data
- Analyse business performance, KPIs and trends to identify opportunities for improvement
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports
- Ensure data quality, consistency and accessibility across reporting systems
- Collaborate with finance, operations and master data teams to translate business needs into reporting solutions
- Provide reporting on sales performance and KPIs
- Continuously improve reporting logic and dashboard functionality
- Deliver training and guidance to help stakeholders use reporting dashboards
- Build relationships across the business to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
Key requirements
- Experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role with data-driven decision-making
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
- Experience with dashboard visualization tools such as Tableau or similar BI platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Proactive and organized with ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with SQL, VBA, data warehousing or ETL concepts would be advantageous
