Overview
In this Customs Brokerage Specialist role, you will support accurate and timely processing of customs documentation within a fast-paced International Forwarding team. You help keep customers' goods moving by ensuring compliance with company procedures and HMRC requirements. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver reliable service and smooth operations. This position offers growth in customs and logistics within a global, collaborative environment where accuracy and customer focus matter. You will contribute to meaningful logistics outcomes that enable everyday moments worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Process customs documentation and verify information for accuracy and completeness
- Complete data entry within required timelines
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and HM Revenue & Customs requirements
- Utilize internal systems and Microsoft Office to manage customs-related information
- Respond to customer queries via email, phone, and video calls
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth operations
- Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail across administrative tasks
- Provide general administration support to the wider Customs team
Key requirements
- Previous UK customs experience (essential)
- Strong customer focus with commitment to excellent service
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes
- Excellent planning, organizational, and administrative skills

- Clear, confident communication and relationship-building with stakeholders
