This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering technology solutions that support the continued growth and success of Kuehne+Nagel UK Contract Logistics and Government & Defence. From initial discovery and solution design through to implementation, adoption and benefits review, you will provide guidance and oversight throughout the entire lifecycle. As well as managing and developing a talented team, you will influence decision-making across multiple functions, champion continuous improvement, and help drive innovation across our application and service portfolio. Own the full solution lifecycle from concept and design through implementation, adoption and benefits realisation. Develop and assure solution designs, costings and implementation approaches to support growth, tenders and improvement initiatives. Embed security, resilience, business continuity, data protection and risk management into all solution designs. Strong understanding of application, data, integration and infrastructure architecture, including APIs and enterprise systems. Sound knowledge of cybersecurity, data privacy, business continuity, disaster recovery and service management principles. Commercially minded, with experience in supplier management, licensing, contracts, total cost of ownership and vendor performance. Experience within logistics, warehousing, transport or Government & Defence environments, alongside relevant professional qualifications or certifications in architecture, information systems, security, service management or cloud technologies.
