The KUHN Group is hiring a Technical Support Engineer for its UK site. Based on territory and working as part of the Kuhn UK technical team, this role will allow the right candidate the scope to develop a career with KUHN. Reporting to the After Sales Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our agricultural machinery dealer network within your assigned territory and will be responsible for all after sales matters within that territory.
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Providing after sales / technical support to our dealer network
- Communicating with the factories on product issues
- Delivering technical training to our dealer network
- Demonstrating and training operators in the use and maintenance of Kuhn products
- Processing of warranty claims for your territory
Requirements for this role:
- Strong practical agricultural engineering background, preferably with a formal qualification in this area
- Sound technical knowledge of electronic and hydraulic diagnostics
- Ability to communicate clear and concise information at all levels
- Previous experience with CRM systems would be advantageous
You should have a clean driving licence and be prepared to undertake travel within the UK and overseas. A competitive remuneration package will be awarded to the successful candidate which will fully reflect the importance of this role within our organisation. The following additional benefits will also form part of the package:
- Working hours 08:30 to 17:00 with 1 hour for lunch, Monday to Friday
