In the role of the continuous improvement Facilitator you will be responsible for driving improvement and operational excellence across the site. You will lead Kaizen initiatives and Green Belt projects, while actively supporting the teams with Production System standards such as 5S, visual management, and standardised work instructions.
You will be responsible for delivering training programs including Production System Awareness and White Belt, coaching and mentoring participants through to certification, and ensuring consistent understanding of audit requirements and lean principles throughout the organisation.
Beyond training, the role involves facilitating DDVSA and other lean events, supporting daily performance management routines, and helping teams identify and track key metrics via SQCDEP boards. The successful candidate will support the operation to manage idea and suggestion systems to foster employee engagement, monitor visual management standards, and provide feedback when performance dips below expectations.
- Deliver Production system, White Belt & Yellow Belt training
- Support training of 5S audit requirements
- Support daily performance management and project follow-up
- Monitor and feedback to operation where board usage/performance drops below required standard
