Your work also helps ensure that vital medicines reach patients on time and supports other essential deliveries, from wind turbines to semiconductors. How you create impact
- Processing of consignment orders from clients via email, telephone and via Quick's online booking portal Quickonline, which includes routing, classifying of service type, establishing a deadline and printing the job order.
- Managing the green light approval process for consignments destined to non-EU destinations.
- Assisting in providing clients with continuous status notifications and performing the necessary follow-ups, which includes relaying details pertaining to flight and customs delays, proof of deliveries, additional charges, resolutions, etc.
- Monitoring and actioning of client emails via the shared mailboxes.
- Calculating and arranging the positioning of suitable temperature-controlled packaging & logger supplies.
- Tracking and tracing consignments and providing the client with status updates throughout transit as well as processing clients' daily reports and manifests.
- Monitoring and actioning of special alarms (SPAs) via Quick Track.
- Developing and maintaining good working relationships with clients.
- Working in conjunction with the pricing team to provide clients with requested quotations in a timely manner.
- Providing assistance to & working alongside Customer Relationship & Key Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction and prompt actioning of client bookings & enquiries.

- Experience in Customer Service
- Knowledge of freight forwarding is a plus
- Knowledge of country specific rules and regulations relating to the Importation and Exportation of pharmaceutical products.
- Awareness of time zones for different regions.
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills.
- Good computer skills.
