What you will do

  • Coordinate specialised transport services for customer orders using Loginext Transport Management System and other tools
  • Manage planning activities (system-based and manual)
  • Schedule and create cost-effective transport plans, optimizing use of our own fleet and subcontractors where possible
  • Agree with logistics service providers to ensure on-time pick-up and delivery in full
  • Select transport modes and service providers based on agreed parameters
  • Manage ad-hoc transport requests and adjustments
  • Coordinate driver routes and schedules with suppliers to maximize productivity and control costs
  • Be the first line of support for logistics queries
  • Respond constructively to customer requests to develop proactive relationships and minimize disruption
