As a member of the Freight Forwarding team Kuehne+Nagel, you will play a key role in transporting goods, optimising processes, and fulfilling our customers' promises. By transporting medicines, toys and important machine parts, you are not only delivering goods, you are making small and big moments possible for people all around the world.

As a Customer Service Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and sales teams by ensuring smooth logistics operations and providing excellent service throughout the shipment process. You will act as a central point of contact, proactively engaging with customers and coordinating internally to deliver efficient and reliable solutions.

How you create impact:
  • Provide operational support to Freight Account Managers and the wider sales team.
  • Organize shipments and coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution.
  • Monitor pre-bookings and proactively engage with customers to ensure efficient planning.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for general customer enquiries.
  • Provide proactive updates to customers and address shipment issues when they arise.
  • Manage exceptions by identifying and resolving issues quickly, escalating when necessary.
  • Prepare quotes and identify opportunities to support account growth.
  • Process sales and purchase invoices accurately and support overall branch operations.
