We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused National Sea Logistics Reefer Product Developer to drive the growth of our reefer sea freight business across the UK. This is a highly visible, customer-facing role where you will act as a subject matter expert, working closely with Sales, Operations, and overseas partners to win new business and strengthen existing relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow the UK Reefer Sea Logistics product in line with agreed targets.
- Collaborate closely with Sales teams on key opportunities, including customer profiling, negotiations, and implementation.
- Actively develop new business while maintaining and expanding existing customer accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas partners, creating pipelines and sales leads.
- Provide market insights, product expertise, and customer solutions across import and export reefer trade lanes.
- Monitor market trends, review sector strategies, and identify new business and value-creation opportunities.
- Ensure full compliance with company, industry, quality, security, health.
