As part of our Health Chain team, you will collaborate with customers, carriers, and internal stakeholders to provide reliable, compliant, and efficient transportation solutions.
- How you create impact
- Coordinate and manage healthcare air freight shipments accurately, efficiently, and within customer-defined transit time requirements.
- Monitor shipments proactively, manage deviations, and ensure timely and accurate updates in operational and financial systems.
- Collaborate with carriers, suppliers, gateways, warehouses, customs teams, and customer care teams to ensure seamless shipment execution.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare, Gx P, airfreight, and regulatory requirements while using approved suppliers and partners.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements, optimizing costs, and maximizing system utilization and automation.
- Support customer onboarding and account implementation activities while managing operational exceptions, investigations, and corrective actions when required.
- What we would like you to bring
- Previous experience in Air Logistics, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare environments is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of air freight operations and supply chain processes.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-focused and service-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of Healthcare industry requirements and Gx P standards is an advantage.
