We are looking for a Warehouse Night Shift Team Leader to oversee the daily activities for a specified area of warehouse operations, including supervision and the proper processing of warehouse operations procedures.
Shift Details
Shift: 7:00 pm to 7:00 am on a 4‑day on / 4‑day off basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Warehouse Shift Manager and lead the team through daily operational work procedures to achieve consistent excellent service delivery.
- Manage the warehouse team in the absence of the shift manager, taking ownership of accountability and responsibility.
- Ensure thorough and comprehensive induction for all colleagues using the appropriate documentation.
- Complete and review internal HR systems (HR.net and HCM) for all colleagues in a timely manner.
- Enforce adherence to HR policies and procedures at all times.
- Conduct performance and annual reviews, set objectives, and agree on clear IDPs, reviewing twice a year as a minimum.
- People‑manage and carry out procedures related to absence management and general operational HR duties.
- Oversee inbound and outbound cargo flows, manpower, equipment, and inventory to ensure cost optimisation and excellent service.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
- Ensure full compliance with ISO 9001, K+N Quality Management System, and any customer‑specific requirements; maintain an environment for continuous improvement.
- Operate within all guidelines for the KN Chains (PharmaChain and BatteryChain) Quality Management System as specified in P806 and relevant working instructions.
