How you create impact

  • Control of the FSL for automotive contracts.
  • Control of all customer billing.
  • Administration of all incoming purchase invoices upload and logging.
  • Control all elements of self billing requirements liaising with all central finance and control tower teams.
  • Assist Control tower department with management of customer information requirements.
  • Management of KPIs for all admin/finance aspects of contracts.
  • Work with Manager to ensure all Company Policies and procedures are adhered to.
  • Providing a support system for Managers in respect of Finance with Key accounts.
  • Identify any anomalies within this task and highlight to Manager.
  • Complete any other identified tasks as instructed by Manager.
