We're looking for a data-driven Business Analyst to join our Road Logistics team.
In this role, you'll transform operational, commercial and financial data into meaningful insights that support smarter business decisions.
Working closely with finance, operations and key stakeholders, you'll develop reporting solutions that improve visibility, drive efficiency and help shape the future of our business.

- How you create impact
- Develop and maintain insightful reporting dashboards that combine operational and financial data.
- Analyse business performance, KPIs and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and support informed decision-making.
- Produce accurate daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports that meet business requirements.
- Ensure data quality, consistency and accessibility across reporting systems.
- Collaborate with finance, operations and master data teams to translate business needs into effective reporting solutions.
- Provide reporting on sales performance and KPI's
- Continuously improve reporting logic and dashboard functionality as business requirements evolve.
- Deliver training and guidance to help stakeholders confidently use and interpret reporting dashboards.
- Build strong relationships across the business to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

- Experience in a Business Analyst or similar analytical role with a strong focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with Microsoft Office applications, including Power Point.
- Experience with dashboard visualisation tools such as Tableau or similar BI platforms.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive and organised approach, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to work across different business functions.
- Experience with SQL, VBA, data warehousing or ETL concepts would be advantageous.
- A continuous improvement mindset and a genuine interest in using data to create business value.
