The Human Resources Systems Manager oversees the day to day operation, optimisation, and governance of SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring smooth system performance, compliant data management, and a positive user experience while partnering with global teams on enhancements. The role owns configuration, release management, reporting (including Tableau dashboards), and cross functional collaboration with payroll, consultants, and HR stakeholders, while also leading a team member and managing the UK consultancy budget. Strategically, the manager acts as the UK product owner for SuccessFactors—driving continuous improvement, resolving issues, and ensuring the platform supports both UK HR priorities and the global roadmap. Note that for this position you can be based anywhere in the UK.

How you create impact

  • Lead the day to day operation, optimisation, and governance of SAP SuccessFactors for the UK, while partnering closely with the Global HR Systems team to deliver scalable enhancements across the organization.
  • Continue to develop and optimise all in use Success Factors modules to get the most out of the system, utilising the test environment for development.
  • Own day to day administration, configuration and support for SuccessFactors (primarily Employee Central, Absence/Time Off, Benefits, and Reporting).
  • Manage the UK support queue (incidents, service requests, how to guidance), ensuring timely resolution and great employee/manager experience.
  • Oversee role based permissions, data quality controls, and GDPR/privacy compliance for UK population, ensuring strong adherence to ISO 27001 guidelines.
  • Build and maintain HR dashboards in Tableau for statutory, operational, and leadership reporting.
  • Configure and maintain OpenText Document Generation templates.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including payroll, SAP, consultants, Global HR systems and integrations teams and the UK HR team.
  • Manage the performance and operational duties of a team member.
  • Partner with HRBPs and Finance to define metrics, automate recurring reports, and improve data storytelling.

What we would like you to bring

  • Proven experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Absence/Time Off, Benefits, Reporting, and Recognition modules.
  • Strong capability in building, maintaining, and optimising Tableau dashboards.
  • Hands-on experience managing release cycles, including planning, testing, and deployment.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within a global team, collaborating with central functions and local HR stakeholders.
  • Background in larger organisations; experience in people management is highly desirable.
  • Experience configuring OpenText Document Generation solutions.
  • Solid understanding of GDPR, HR data privacy principles, and ISO 27001 requirements.
  • Strong knowledge of UK HR processes, policies, and employment legislation.
  • Willing to travel domestically.
