The shift pattern for this role is 4on 4off, 19:00 - 07:00h. How you create impact Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day management of the operations. Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate cost-effective way. To ensure priority shipments are tracked, monitored and processed in line with the agreed SLA. To ensure full compliance to the principals of the ISO14001 & ISO45001 standards and the associated environmental objectives. Take ownership for rapid resolution of all operational issues, communicate regularly all stakeholders and ensure all issues are managed according to SLA. Communicate all positive issues, in real time, to your team to support EX and the goal to have a competent and committed team. Ensure the warehouse operates in full compliance to relevant ISO 9001 standards, K+N Quality Management. System and any customer specific requirements. To create and maintain an environment for continuous improvement. To ensure colleague practical, CBT and refresher training is completed and always maintained to enable the operation to be fully functional, compliant and efficient.
