As a Global Customs System Manager at Kuehne+Nagel, your role is to optimise logistics to keep our global supply chains running smoothly. Your work impacts both ordinary and special moments worldwide.
This position offers a key role in our global customs strategy, focusing on consolidating customs systems and standardizing operations on CargoWise One. While CargoWise One is managed by the vendor, we need an experienced professional to oversee testing and release management.
Preferred candidates are based in the UK, but EU candidates will also be considered.
How you create impact
In this role, you will:
- Oversee CargoWise One operations, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Design and implement change and release processes.
- Coordinate monthly release testing across regions.
- Collaborate with customs teams on new functionalities.
- Manage support teams and incident resolution.
What we would like you to bring
- Experience in customs brokerage in UK/EU.
- Experience with CargoWise One or similar systems.
- Proven release and change management skills.
- Test case creation and automation skills.
