To manage & lead the warehouse operation team to ensure everyone in your team is focused on QSHE, Continuous improvement and customer centricity, exhibiting KN behaviours consistently to deliver shipments on-time, in good order and work collaboratively with all with all other physical operations (Gateway, Retail & Transport) to achieve the shared aim of consistently excellent service delivery.
The shift pattern for this role is 4on 4off, 19:00 - 07:00h.

- Responsible and accountable for the day-to-day management of the operations.
- Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate cost-effective way.
- To ensure priority shipments are tracked, monitored and processed in line with the agreed SLA.
- To ensure full compliance to the principals of the ISO14001 & ISO45001 standards and the associated environmental objectives.
- Take ownership for rapid resolution of all operational issues, communicate regularly all stakeholders and ensure all issues are managed according to SLA.
- Communicate all positive issues, in real time, to your team to support EX and the goal to have a competent and committed team.
