Your Role
This role is responsible for conducting preventative maintenance, investigation, examination, and conditioning of Dental & Medical and associated sub-assemblies held at KNGD Donnington.
Your Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the day-to-day processing of TS work orders.
- Ensure work is conducted within current approved data, policies, processes, procedures, and management guidance.
- Work collaboratively to achieve required outcomes. Be an Ambassador for Safety at all times.
- Report all accidents to the TL, Line Manager as required.
- Understand Risk Assessments and Risk Controls, including risk identification.
- Comply with all Safe Working Practices and report accidents/incidents.
- Build positive customer relationships and respond constructively to requests.
- Undertake Technical Services WEMWO.
- Ensure all work aligns with approved data.
- Champion Continuous Improvement (CI) and participate in CI activities.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Level 3 Electrical Engineering Qualification/Apprenticeship or equivalent.
- Desirable: Experience with Medical Technical Equipment & IMS experience.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and handle conflict successfully.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety at work.
- Experience working towards targets.
- Intermediate PC skills: Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in an organized manner.
- Leadership qualities and motivation skills.
