The predicted salary is between 37000 - 40000 £ per year.
This role is responsible for the day to day operational functionality and supervising the performance of the inspection operations from off-load of trailers, to presentation for inspection, and reload on to trailers. Ensure cleanliness and compliance of working environments to relevant health and hygiene standards. Maintain and drive a positive health and safety working environment.
How you create impact
- Supervising teams in daily activities
- Co-ordinating daily working groups and workloads
- Prioritising taskings and carry out relevant administrative tasks to ensure the successful running of operational teams and processes
- Loading and unloading lorries including manual handling, using roller cages and other MHE
- Ensuring the correct handling of all client products at all stages within the facility whilst remaining compliant with manual handling procedures and health and safety legislation
- Undertaking manual and/or electronic reporting requirements as requested
- Work with our on-site partners to support the inspection process
- Updating the PINC Yard Management System following training
- Carry out operational tasks to achieve departmental and site objectives
- Maintain the inspection environment following training
- COSHH Awareness following training
- Participate and complete required training and development relevant to role
- Champion a health and safety culture
