Dedicated Logistics Specialist – Sterling at Kuehne+Nagel. Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following procedures, managing service requests, and offering tailored logistics solutions
- Provide proactive updates and support on delivery status, including delays and resolutions
- Build strong client relationships by presenting available service options and delivering exceptional care
- Monitor shipments and coordinate logistics alternatives to minimize delays
- Collaborate with Business Development to optimize client-specific processes and drive continuous improvement
- Maintain and update SOPs and COPs to support operational consistency and compliance
- Track performance metrics and take corrective action to uphold service standards
- Foster cross-functional communication with Sales, Operations, and QA to align customer expectations and enhance loyalty
