As an Air Logistics Warehouse Specialist at Quick Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you not only contribute to the success of your team, but also to the day-to-day operations and success in the warehouse and distribution centres.
Join our fast-paced warehouse team at Quick as a Cold Chain Operative, where you will play a vital role in handling temperature‑controlled goods and ensuring product quality and safety from storage to dispatch.
How you create impact:
- Preparation & replenishment of QuickSTAT’s dry ice consignments in conjunction with client requirements.
- Completion of daily facility sweep of Quick LHR facility to ensure all consignments are stored correctly & dispatch scheduled accordingly.
- Operation of material handling equipment (MHE) for the purpose of loading & unloading both inbound and outbound vehicles.
- Work in collaboration with Global Inventory Group to determine available stock for transfer to Quick & Logistics Service Partner facilities.
- Arrangement of stock transfers via 3rd party linehaul solution.
- Shared ownership for the management of departmental mailbox.
- Work in conjunction with related departments and line manager to resolve identified discrepancies / queries.
- Undertaking of cleaning duties to ensure highest level of facility hygiene standards maintained.
- Always maintain a professional manner towards colleagues / visitors & 3rd parties.
- To undertake any other reasonable duties / responsibilities at the request of the Department Manager or other Senior Management including assisting other departments during staff shortages.
