As a Control Tower Manager, you will take ownership of end-to-end transport flows, overseeing operations across Europe into production environments.

How you create impact Oversee and manage day-to-day Control Tower operations, ensuring shipments are delivered on time, in full and within budget.
Provide end-to-end visibility and coordination across European collections, hub operations and final-mile deliveries.

What we would like you to bring Proven experience in supply chain, transport operations or Control Tower environments, ideally within the automotive logistics sector.
Strong understanding of UK and European transport operations, cross-border logistics and customs processes.
Demonstrable experience managing time-critical, high-performance logistics operations.
A strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement.
Excellent communication, relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
Leadership experience, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
Experience using Transport Management Systems (TMS) and operational performance reporting tools.
Fluent English; additional language skills would be advantageous.
