YOUR ROLE This role serves as the linchpin in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of reward and benefits activities across KN UK. It involves delivering precise and succinct information-including statistical analysis and cost assessments-that empowers key stakeholders to make well-informed, data-driven decisions. Additionally, the role collaborates closely with the global Total Rewards team, sharing best practices with other countries and ensuring that any global initiatives are seamlessly implemented within the UK. The role holder must have a keen awareness of organisational variations, particularly concerning TUPE contracts, in order to provide appropriate support and guidance. Moreover, they must understand the UK\’s unique challenges and effectively relay these insights to the global Total Rewards team.
