The Analyst & Investigator will play a critical role in investigating discrepancies relating to issue and receipt activities, conducting physical stock taking of inventory held, including 100% stock location check. This role is a hybrid of warehouse work and office-based work.
After an initial training period of 6 months, this role will offer the flexibility of a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work 1-2 days from home each week, providing an excellent work-life balance.
How you create impact:
- Collate data from various sources, for example Warehouse and Inventory Management Systems (WMS & IMS) and manual spreadsheets.
- Conduct detailed and in-depth investigations into stock discrepancies and customer queries.
- Communicate with various external customers daily as part of investigating discrepancies.
- Analyse and interrogate data and report outputs.
- Progress transactions in IMS and WMS.
- Progress and resolve stock and parts queries.
- Progress and resolve external and internal customer queries.
- Be able to physically identify issues visually within the warehouse.
- Follow efficient standards of work to comply with legislation, health & safety and company policy.
- In addition to your normal duties, you may be required to undertake other duties in line with the needs of the business and flexibility should be recognised as a prerequisite of the role.

- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and work independently when necessary.
