Your Role As a Stock Investigator, you\'ll ensure our supply chain runs smoothly by investigating discrepancies, identifying causes, and resolving issues promptly. Your Responsibilities Investigate discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, and deliveries to identify and resolve issues. Accurately record discrepancies and update records in the internal system. Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients to clarify issues and ensure smooth logistics operations. Collaborate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies and prevent future occurrences. Maintain comprehensive documentation of discrepancies, actions, and resolutions. Provide feedback and suggest process improvements to reduce discrepancies and enhance efficiency. Your Skills and Experience Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. Effective time management and prioritization skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with logistics or warehouse management systems is a plus. Strong analytical skills and proactive problem-solving approach.
