In this role, you’ll be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all QuickSTAT operational activities, ensuring everything runs smoothly and in line with company policies. You’ll work closely with our Customer Service and Sales teams to deliver an excellent experience for our clients and ensure their needs are met. QuickSTAT operates 24/7, and this position follows a Sunday–Thursday schedule from 10:00 to 19:00.
Responsibilities
- Work as part of the daily operations of the LHR Control Tower team.
- Manage daily email volumes in the Control Group inbox.
- Develop and implement customer focused operational policies and procedures.
- Assist with complex and escalated operational issues in accordance with the Operations Manager / Supervisor.
- Monitor accuracy of reporting and database information.
- Coordinate customer service projects and initiatives.
- Ensure Network / Vendor partner compliance to all agreed company policies, procedures and pricing structures.
Qualifications
- Experience in Customer Service.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding is a plus.
- Excellent understanding of World Geography and awareness of different time zones.
- Excellent time management and problem solving skills.
- Good communication skills and analytical ability.
- Ability to take initiative.
