  • Support talent, performance and development processes

Qualifications

  • Confident in advising managers on employment law fundamentals, performance management, absence, and other core HR matters, with good judgement on when to elevate
  • Demonstrated ability to manage end‑to‑end ER cases independently, with support available for more complex situations
  • Excellent communication, influencing and relationship‑building skills, including with senior leaders
  • High levels of attention to detail, particularly when preparing case documentation, data reports, and written communications
  • Strong analytical ability and good working knowledge of Excel, with familiarity in SuccessFactors and Power BI advantageous
  • A proactive self‑starter who takes ownership, stays organised, and delivers consistently in a busy, high‑energy environment
  • CIPD qualification beneficial but not essential
  • Full UK driving licence, since there might be a need for ad‑hoc visits to another site in the UK

Benefits

In addition to the salary, you will be rewarded for your commitment and expertise with a contributory Kuehne+Nagel pension plan and access to our Route 2 Rewards scheme, which offers discounts, benefit information, recognition and a wellbeing centre. We provide an employee assistance program with 24/7 GP, legal and financial advice and mental health counselling, supporting you and your immediate family to live a happier, healthier life.

As proud holders of the Gold Covenant, we are a forces‑friendly employer that recognises the skills, expertise and value service leavers bring to our organisation.
