The Global Sales Vertical Lead Healthcare is responsible for driving sustained growth within a defined vertical key account program, building strong, long‑term partnerships and consistently achieving ambitious commercial targets. Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing commercial team within the healthcare vertical, fostering accountability and a performance culture.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuous development of commercially skilled talent.
  • Build and nurture trust‑based relationships with key stakeholders across global key accounts, driving long‑term partnerships and customer loyalty.
  • Manage a selected portfolio of strategic accounts while shaping, negotiating, and closing high‑impact business opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with regional and national teams to ensure aligned strategies and seamless global execution.

Qualifications

  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
