Night shift, 7pm to 7am - 4 days on/4 days off. The Warehouse Night Shift Team Leader is responsible for directing the daily activities for a specified area of warehouse operations, including supervision and the proper processing of warehouse operations procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the Warehouse Shift Manager through leading the relevant team in completing warehouse operational work procedures to achieve the shared operational aim of consistently excellent service delivery.
  • In the absence of the shift manager, taking direct ownership for managing, accountability & responsibility for the warehouse team.
  • Ensuring that a thorough and comprehensive induction is carried out for all colleagues using the appropriate documentation.
  • Ensuring that both internal systems - HR.net and HCM are completed for all colleagues in a timely manner and reviewed/actioned regularly.
  • Ensuring HR policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
  • Carrying out performance and annual reviews with all colleagues in line with Company procedure, setting objectives, agreeing clear IDPs and reviewing both twice a year as a minimum.
  • Effectively people managing and carrying out procedures relating to absence management and general operational HR administrative duties.
