This position is National therefore you can be based all over the UK. The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for the end-to-end commercial customer journey, including relationship management and business development activities. The majority (80%) of the role is actively hunting for new customers to expand the account base and drive business growth, with 20% on account management of the existing portfolio.
How you create impact:
- Actively hunting for new customers to expand the portfolio and drive business growth.
- Directly managing accounts in accordance with agreed targets and goals, eliciting customer needs and selling KN offer portfolio.
- Understanding the customer's organisation and decision-making process.
- Negotiating rates and service contracts with customers in alignment with the BU’s.
- Complying with KN sales management processes and systems and ensuring correct and timely updates.
- Monitoring monthly performance against set targets and ensuring immediate actions are taken in case of deviations.
