- Owns the global CSV/CSA policy, framework, standards, and decision-making model, ensuring alignment with SDLC and regulatory expectations.
- Defines when CSV, CSA, or other risk‑based approaches apply and embeds these rules into IT processes.
- Provides central governance and expert guidance across all Business Units, Functions, and IT/IS teams working with regulated systems.
- Acts as the senior escalation point for governance‑related CSV/CSA issues.
- Ensures the governance model evolves with FDA, EMA, GAMP5, CSA, and broader industry trends, leading the transition from CSV to CSA.
- Owns global templates, risk models, and guidance documents to ensure consistent regulatory interpretation and builds global capability through training and awareness on CSV/CSA principles and risk‑based validation.
- Collaborates with key stakeholders across Corporate IT, QSHE, Healthcare, CL, and InfoSec to ensure alignment and drive adoption.
