As a Contract Logistics Specialist at Kuehne+Nagel, you will manage end-to-end warehousing operations for our customers. By doing so with precision, you contribute to the success of your team and the day-to-day operations in the warehouse and distribution centres. A Warehouse Conditioning Operative plays a key role in ensuring that temperature-sensitive goods such as pharmaceuticals and chemicals are stored, handled, and transported under strict temperature-controlled conditions.
How you create impact:
- Handling time critical consignments.
- Preparing temperature controlled alternatives to clients.
- Accurate and timely data recording.
- Action all Goods In & Goods Out movements of stock.
- Dealing with driver deliveries, collections, and pick-ups.
- Preparation of console consignments ready for shipping.
- Data entry of key milestone information.
- Dealing with all emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
- Undertake reasonable duties/responsibilities or tasks.
- Adherence to PCM / Liquid Nitrogen & Dry Ice solutions.
What we would like you to bring:
- Warehouse working experience.
- Good understanding of warehouse flows and processes.
- Forklift license (preferable not essential).
- Confidence to work independently and remotely.
