How you create impact:
- Accurately process bookings from clients and overseas agents in the system.
- Support Freight Account Managers with day-to-day operational activities.
- Coordinate with all relevant parties to ensure smooth shipment movements.
- Proactively manage and resolve any shipment issues, keeping stakeholders informed.
- Process sales and purchase invoices efficiently and accurately.
- Contribute to a positive team culture and collaborate across departments.
- Assist other teams when needed to maintain service quality and efficiency.
- Follow all quality, security, and health & safety standards to ensure compliance and best practice.
