Support project planning activities including schedules, risk logs, and resource tracking.

The minimum entry requirement for this apprenticeship is Five GCSEs at grades 3 - 9 / A-D including Maths & English.

This role is designed to develop foundational project management, supply chain, and compliance skills within a highly controlled environment where quality, temperature integrity, and regulatory compliance are critical. Work alongside experienced project managers, operations teams, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of logistics solutions, particularly for temperature-sensitive (cold chain) products.
