We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Air Logistics team. You will support the coordination of air freight shipments while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment. This position operates on a rotating shift pattern of 4 on 4 off (20:00 - 08:00h).

- Deliver high levels of customer service and satisfaction
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of shipment documentation
- Build strong relationships with customers, carriers, and suppliers
- Coordinate bookings, collections, and deliveries efficiently
- Support smooth day-to-day operational activities
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and operational efficiency
- Contribute positively to a collaborative and results-driven team environment
- Air Logistics Export experience
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Confident working independently and within a team
- Good computer literacy and attention to detail
- Professional and customer-focused approach
- Interest in systems, IT, or AI is beneficial
