Warehouse Cold Chain Operative FU-HO

Your Role

This role is 4 days on, 4 days off. The role of the Cold Chain Operative is to ensure all QuickSTAT & Sterling Aviation consignments are processed upon receipt & dispatch from the Quick LHR Facility in accordance with the company\’s documented procedures.

Your Responsibilities

• Preparation & replenishment of QuickSTAT’s dry ice consignments in line with client requirements.
• Completion of daily facility sweep of Quick LHR to ensure all consignments are stored correctly & dispatch is scheduled accordingly.
• Operation of material handling equipment (MHE) for loading & unloading inbound and outbound vehicles.
• Collaborate with the Global Inventory Group to determine available stock for transfer to Quick & Logistics Service Partner facilities.
• Arrange stock transfers via 3rd party linehaul solutions.
• Share responsibility for managing the departmental mailbox.
• Work with related departments and the line manager to resolve discrepancies and queries.
• Undertake cleaning duties to maintain high standards of facility hygiene.
• Maintain a professional manner towards colleagues, visitors, & third parties.
• Perform any other reasonable duties at the request of the Department Manager or senior management, including assisting other departments during staff shortages.
