Within this part-time role you will be responsible for preparing and recording all movements daily, coordinating with the Road Transport Service for seamless task execution. Provide the STVC Manager with information on any issues affecting the day-to-day operational performance. Prepare route cards for movements in line with current ADR 2013 (Security Provisions) policies. Record trailer locations and monitor alarms to ensure OP Angiline compliance. Produce weekly management information reports to keep operations running efficiently.
How you create impact
Part-time 30 hours per week Monday – Friday, flexible on the hours (09.00- 15.00 or 10.00 β 16.00 or 08.00 -14.00)
- Monitor all Road & Rail movements to meet the authorities security plan
- Manage the waiver process, raising waivers for sign off which do not meet the security standard
- Check all road and rail moves meet the standard prior to providing authority to proceed
- Record all movements by road and rail by tracking live and ensure that effective communications are maintained with drivers, customers and internal departments with regards to all movements.
- Report/escalate any issues using the systems provided as and when they occur in the operations through verbal communication/written/e-mail.
- Ensure all necessary information is supplied to the STVC Manager and Control Tower Team as required verbal communication/written/e-mail.
- Ensure effective communications to customers on execution of the plan for the day to day S5/Munitions delivery / Collections. Verbal communication/written/e-mail.
- Deliver clear & documented details on times V actual planned. Ensure that Road & Rail Transport exception of the daily plan is executed. Verbal communication/written/e-mail.

- Good communicator at all levels using various communication tools
- Good IT skills – ideally you will have knowledge of Word & Excel
