In this role, you will handle and monitor all QuickSTAT Operational activities, ensuring compliance with all company policies. You will oversee all QuickSTAT live network activities, ensuring adherence to rate structures and pricing policies.

How you create impact

  • Processing consignment orders from clients via email, telephone, and Quick’s online booking portal Quickonline, including routing, service classification, establishing deadlines, and printing job orders.
  • Managing the green light approval process for consignments destined for non-EU destinations.
  • Providing clients with status notifications and follow-ups, including updates on flight and customs delays, proof of deliveries, additional charges, and resolutions.
  • Monitoring and responding to client emails via shared mailboxes.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Arranging temperature-controlled packaging and logger supplies as needed.
  • Tracking and tracing consignments, providing status updates throughout transit, and processing daily reports and manifests.
