You will be expected to support our Domestic Operations Exhibitions team. This includes end-to-end coordination of shipments to and from events, preparing client quotes, managing both internal and external agents, and overseeing budget control. Global travel opportunities are available to support on-site handling and final-mile delivery.
How you create impact
- Provide comprehensive support to existing clients, ensuring satisfaction through tailored solutions, regular communication, and proactive issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
- Engage directly with clients on exhibition schedules, pricing, and operational delivery.
- Plan and manage multimodal logistics (air, sea, land) for time-sensitive event shipments, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely delivery.
- Oversee on-site event operations internationally, including setup, vendor coordination, and real-time issue management.
- Support project management planning and execution across multiple event locations.
- Attend client meetings and represent the company professionally.
- Promote innovation and technology to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

- Knowledge of customs clearance , ATA Carnets, Temporary Import etc. is a plus
