Your Role
This role is responsible for conducting preventative maintenance, investigation, examination, and conditioning of Dental & Medical equipment and associated sub-assemblies held at KNGD Donnington.
Your Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the day-to-day processing of TS work orders.
- Ensure work is conducted within current approved data, policies, processes, procedures, and management guidance.
- Collaborate with others to achieve required outcomes and act as an ambassador for safety at all times.
- Report all accidents to the Team Leader (TL) or Line Manager as required.
- Understand and implement Risk Assessments and Risk Controls, including risk identification.
- Comply with all instructed Safe Working Practices, including reporting accidents and incidents.
- Build positive customer relationships and respond constructively to customer requests and internal departments.
- Undertake Technical Services WEMWO.
- Ensure all work complies with approved data.
- Champion Continuous Improvement (CI) and participate in CI activities, developing an understanding of CI tools and methodologies.
Your Skills and Experiences
- Level 3 Electrical Engineering Qualification/Apprenticeship or equivalent.
- Desirable: Experience working on Medical Technical Equipment & IMS experience.
- Ability to influence, negotiate, and resolve conflicts successfully.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety at work.
- Experience working towards targets.
- Intermediate PC skills: Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines in an organized manner.
- Leadership qualities to enthuse and motivate others.
- Drive and determination with a track record of continuous improvement.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.

This role requires completing the Standard Defence School of Electronic and Mechanical Engineering (DSEME) Medical and Dental Training Course (11 weeks at RAF Lyneham).
